I contacted Proctor & Gamble Consumer Helpline on 3 occasions during 2013 to ascertain when I could obtain Clean & Renew Cartridges for my Braun Pulsonic 7 series Electric Razor from Dischem Pharmacy who informed me that they could not get stock and that Proctor & Gamble had taken over the agency for SA. They had discontinued carrying the Braun range due to poor service and availability. The P & G Consumer Helpline confirmed that they had taken over the agency and that spares were "on the water" and would be available shortly in Clicks stores and that I should contact Clicks. After visiting a few Clicks stores I could not find these spares and once again called the P & G Helpline only to be told I should keep trying! I asked for the name of the P & G Sales Manager but this was refused and I was informed that someone would call me back. To this date I have not had any feedback which is extremely poor service from an international company of this calibre.
