Once again I was surprised by the great attitude of Procter and Gamble/Oral B Braun Electric toothbrush, was purchased at Click's stores in Brits. After a couple of weeks the unit stopped charging and was useless.
I contacted Thembisa Customer relations and was advised to return to the store. Click's once again replaced the item with no quarrel. This was the second OralB Vitality handset which gave the same problem. I trust this one will not fail again.
