Hi. I am completely dissatisfied with the service at Dis-Chem La Lucia. I purchased an Oral-b electric toothbrush in April last year for R1500. The tip has started rusting so i returned the product to dischem 10 days ago. I was told it will be sent to supplier and they will decide if they can fix it or replace it. I called back today and was told it had not been sent yet and i would have to wait another 3 weeks as there is no courier to take the goods to Johannesburg. This level of service is unacceptable as I have to share my toothbrush with my wife as it is not feasible to buy another electric toothbrush and my teeth are sensitive to a standard brush. A turn around time of more than a month is completely unacceptable. I will never buy an electric product from dischem again.
