I have never in my life been messed around so much trying to get hold of a product. This company is a supplier of Braun, After calling nearly every store looking for a specific epilator, I phoned Clicks Call Center and they guaranteed me that they no longer stock Braun. I had found 5 stores that stocked Braun Epilators, just not the one i was after. I believe this call center is either uninformed or the staff are not trained on their own systems.
I have spent half my day and a fortune in cellphone bills trying to locate a brand they claim they no longer stock, yet their stores have selective stock. Appalled.
