I went to Click to exchange my Oral B 3D white electric toothbrush as it had stop working.
When I went to the till the lady called the store manager and she asked me were the head of the toothbrush was. I explained to her that it only lasts for two months and I bought the toothbrush in December and in February replaced the head of the toothbrush. After a lot of explaining she eventually exchanged the item.
Please ensure that you educate your staff about Hygiene!!!
