Purchased DENTALMATE replacement electric toothbrush heads that " fit most toothbrushes" There are 4 in the packet and 3 weeks later I am down to the last one... the other 3 have disintegrated in my mouth whilst in use, leaving bits of plastic and steel in my mouth.
I contacted the "CARE" line by email and received this response: Unfortunately our toothbrush heads can't be used with the Braun toothbrush range.
I find this fascinating as not only do they fit perfectly and work (albeit for a very short time) on my Braun Oral B toothbrush, but they are in every detail an exact physical duplicate! If they were not copied from this very toothbrush original head then I do not know!
Don't make lame excuses!! All I wanted was an apology and assurance that the product would be investigated!
