I Have never in my life been messed around so much trying to get hold of a product. This company is a supplier of Braun, They guaranteed me that Clicks and Dischem stocked their products. After calling nearly every store looking for an epilator, I phoned P&G back, they then recommended i call the call centres. Clicks and Dischem guaranteed me that they no longer stock Braun. I then called P&G back and the woman argued with me that they were just out of stock and would have stock in May.
I have Spent half my day and a fortune in cellphone bills trying to locate a brand they no longer supply to Clicks or Dischem. I am simply appalled.
