No effort to ensure details capture correctly

I had both my pets chipped on the 27th July 2013. After contacting Verbac to update my details they still hadn't received the registration forms. The lady I spoke to then promised to phone me as soon as the details were uploaded. I waited 2 weeks after which I called them only to find the details were uploaded and no one called me. If my pets had gone missing in this time, they wouldn't have been able to get hold of me. Adding further to my disgust, half the contact details had been captured incorrectly with spelling mistakes and extra numbers in the cellphone numbers. Obviously who ever captured the details doesn't give a dam if your pet is ever recovered. Just be warned to double check everything they do. Now I wonder if they chips even work.
