I chose to cancel a new account set up telephonically with Elite Mobile - they got absolutely all my details wrong from day 1. even once this was pointed out, correct info captured, i still did not receive the promised contract info via e-mail. Funny enough the only details captured correctly were my banking details - which they continue to debit money from monthly! I have called, i have tried their on-line agent service... and STILL, the amount is deducted from my account. Elite Mobile - i want my money back, and i want you to ensure that i am removed from your system forevermore. It's these type of dealings which give Mobile phone companies a bad reputation!
