Vodacom does not want to be paid

Can someone from Vodacom who knows what they doing please give me a call. I am having endless trouble changing my bank details. I went into the branch to give my new card detail. Filled in the form. Was informed Vodacom would confirm in 2 days. No confirmation. Was called by the branch and asked the call 1946 to check. I called 1946 and found out that my details were captured wrong. I gave this person my bank details as well also with message that it will be confirmed in 2 days. No confirmation. Got an SMS 4 days later saying my credit card is about to expire and a number to call which was 1946. I called that number, which went dead 3 times. I called customer care who put me through to that department, only to be told that my new details have not been captured. Please can someone who knows what they are doing please give me a call so that I can pay you. Or do you not want me to pay you?
