First of all Innovation Group failed to capture the details of my second vehicle on their system, and when I called them they had no idea what car I was talking about, because instead of loading 2 warranties under 2 cars, they loaded 2 warranties under 1 car. After a lot of back and forth calls on my side between them and my financing bank to find out what was going on, I was eventually told that I should send them the policy documents of my car for them to upload on the system. I did this on 16.01.2013 and was told that it takes 48 hours for the details to be uploaded. I called again on 18.01.2013 to find out if they had been uploaded yet and I was told no, but that my email had been received and was assured that by today, Monday 21.01.2013 it would be done, but it has not. My car has been sitting in a garage for 2 weeks if not more, and because of Innovation, I cannot claim to get it fixed. This is very frustrating and I just wish someone would take responsibility and make sure this gets solved.
