Johan collected my Speed Queen washing machine to repair. He only returned the machine after two weeks (he promised 2 days). I paid R2400.00 for the repairs.
On their web site they state that their repairs are guaranteed for a period of 12 months.
The machine is still not fixed and he neglected to fix the motor properly after the repairs. As a result there was additional damage. Since he delivered the machine he does not answer my calls (2 months now) and I had to get someone else to repair the machine. Because he refuses to answer my calls I cannot get through to speak to him in person about the problem.
