SARS Call center slow response

I called in two days ago to have my username and password since my details have changed. I spoke to a consultant for about 17 minutes after numerous attempts to get hold of the SARS contact center. The consultant captured my email details incorrectly. I called the next after many attempst and spoke to a consultantant for 18 minutes. she notified me that the other consultant captured my details incorrectly. She tolde me that she would send me a password via sms and username to my updated email via email. I got the password via sms but still waiting on my username for about two days now to be sent via email.
SARS callcenter please advise the way forward as Im tired of calling your call center which is always not responding to calls. Is it the lack of sufficient employees in the call center to manage peak times perhaps?
