I ordered a wendyhouse from Samantha's Wendys, to use as a dollhouse. I specified the height to Samantha as our Estate does not allow wendyhouses (max 2m high). She assured me (via email) that it will be 2m from ground to tip of roof. They came on Mon to install-when done, i went to inspect & the quality was unspeakable. Firstly it is way over 2m, higher than the property wall so i am getting notices from my body corp and complaints from neighbours as it is such an eyesore. WORST OF ALL, the quality of this thing is so bad that i can't allow my daughter outside to play, in fear of her getting hurt by the wendyhouse. Most nails are sticking out on the other side of the wood (my daughter will cut herself on nails, just walking past the thing) - they have cut into the panels, wood panels dont line up, there are gaps between the boards, doors & windows are skew, the roof is leaking and not sealing. I didn't want to accept or pay but the installation guys refused to leave without money.i tried to call samantha but no answer and got hold of manager who gave us discount, which i accepted just to get them off my property, until i could speak to the boss-no luck since Mon and they are not taking my calls.
