Hi, I am sending this report on behalf of my housekeeper. SS Direct is taking money from her bank account on a monthly basis. She does not know anything about this or what it is for. I am trying to get hold of them over the phone with no luck. How can she stop this payments from going off her account. We cannot put a stop payment against it because the reference number always differs. Please can you assist in any way?
