I sent a complaint last week Thursday about the service I received on the 20 Sep 13 at the Total Garage at Simmons Street in JHB no one has contacted me, i received an email that they did receive my email and someone will phone me but till now no one has contacted me, yesterday on the 15 Oct 3 I went to the same service station and was helped by Colleen, he came to me and asked me how much then asked me how much then I asked him don't you great your customers and he said yebo so this is a tread with your staff. I told him to fill it up unleaded 95, he did that and I asked him should you not ask me to check the oil and water, tyres and clean the windscreen he looked at me and said well do you want me to do it for you I said is fine, why must I ask you to do your job, he was rude and again Joseph the manager was there and he did not bother to come and see what was the problem. I'm sadly appalled by this and Simmons Street has lost me as a customer, I will go to Total Main Reef where they know how to treat customers with respect and they satisfy your needs regardless your filling up your car or your just pouring 100 petrol nxxxxxx ditshila tsa batho
