I had a problem with a Rotary watch still under guarantee and decided to contact the importers directly as the original shop is quite far for me to travel. After sending an email to them it was within days that the watch was collected and returned to me. It is a VERY long time since I have received service like this. I love Rotary watches and if I ever buy another watch I will most likely buy another Rotary or possibly consider another watch brand that they import.
