No response on my emails

Bought a Rotary from World Time E/R Mall but service was utterly disgusting and attitudes even WORSE! Found Hayward Diamonds E/Rand Mall, took my watch there Nov/Dec 2012 (watch keep on loosing time or just quit working since I bought it approx 3y ago). They were very nice and offered to help however it only worked for a week or 2 and stopped working. I took it in again 16 Jan 2013 and was advised that they will send it on to Rotary and will advise. I told them that I will also send Rotary an email just to explain about the watch and World Time etc however when I queried with Rotary they advised that they have not yet received anything from Hayward Diamonds. (Did they send it to Rotary?) I then sent an email to Hayward querying, (actually about 3 / 4 requests) - BUT TO NO AVAIL!!!
I appreciate the fact that they were prepared to help me when I was in their shop but now I am getting NO service (response) from them on all my emails.
