I've sended my watch in for a guarantee repair after I had it for 3 days and received it back with n BIG scratch on the back case. It also came back with the same problem! the watch is still loosing a lot of time every day. I'm sitting with a watch I can not use and on top of it! I bought the watch because my other old casio watch wasn't working anymore and had to go in for repairs. I'm also waiting for a invoice for the repair to pay that I'm also not getting. I left a message and a email for someone to contact me. Nobody is coming back to me and I'm getting very frustrated.
