I bought a washing machine two years ago at Tafelberg. It broke within the two years of warranty. With only my bank statement as proof of purchase, my husband contacted them to enquire about the warranty. They located the original invoice, sent the repair team out, follow-up every second / third day about the repairs status. The repair team came to fetch the machine yesterday and promised return of it within 2 ways. NOW THIS IS WHAT I CALL AFTER SALES SERVICES!! I am so impressed with Tafelberg. This is definately the place where one must buy all your household items.
