I had to send my watch in for repairs, after I swam with it and water entered. Manie at S.Keren watches said that I must send my watch back, free of charge. After a few days Manie informed me that the display was faulty and had to be repaired, but also asked when I bought the watch. Manie managed to exchange my watch with a total new watch of the same value due to the unavailability of spares. Winston enquired if my watch was send back to me. After Winston established that the watch was not yet send, he arranged the watch to be send to me via overnight courier service. I received my watch on the day as promised.
