Cellini Suitcase Repai

I purchased a couple of Cellini suitcases from Bag Street on the recommendation of the owner of this store. 2 1/2 years and a maximum of 10 trips later, the one "foot" came loose. This could have been written off to airline mishandling, but instead, they put their money where their mouth was and replaced the suitcase with a shop-soiled (basically new) one instead. Now that's what I call customer service!
