Last week I took my first trip with the suitcase and the top handle of the biggest case came loose. One of the two screws holding the handle together with the bag fell out. I still have the. Unfortunately I haven't got the till slip anymore, but if I remember correctly the 3-pack's cost was about R700. I am in Malmesbury and don't visit your store that often. The suitcase was not overloaded at all and I handled it carefully. The other two items, a suitcase and a bag is still in perfect condition because they haven't been used.
