About 1.5 weeks ago, I was really excited to buy a brand new Cellini bag from their new collection. Upon buying my new bag, which costs R1500.00, I had continuously asked the sales rep how durable the bag is as I do not want to be replacing the bag after the first use, and was worried about other bags going on top of it. I was assured that they are durable and I would be fine. I travelled to Cape Town, and upon my return, after now using the bag for a second time, my bag came out squashed. I got home and had to pop the bag out to get it back to its normal state, but now with a dent in it. When I contacted the supplier whom I bought it from, I was essentially told that there is nothing they can do as it is not their problem but the airlines. My issue is the durability and quality! One would expect that after paying R1500 for a suitcase, it would last long - and not be damaged after the second use! I am now stuck with a bag that has a default, and Cellini doesn't seem to mind this issue of durability. Thanks a lot.
