We have purchased most of our furniture with PLUS 10 and every time we had any problems we have had excellent Service from PLUS 10. This was also the case with our Lounge Suite that we returned after the guarantee expired and they sent it back to the manufacturer. There was no issue with us having to deal with the Supplier or excuses form PLUS 10 (Although seems there were lots of issues form the Supplier) but the people form PLUS 10 handled it all and they resolved it - exceeding our expectations! I will buy from them ANYTIME!
