Purchase a louge suite but not delivered

I have purchase Lounge suite, when they have to deliver my lounge suite they postpone three time and the fourth time they told me that the lounge suite is damaged and they cannot deliver the damage goods to me and i can go to the store and check the other lounge suite that is similar to the one i bought. i didn't like that leather and the design. i show Sara what i like and she said i have to add R5000 on top of what i paid. i told her that my budget does not allow me, i rather take a refund; she gave me a form to fill in and on that form it says, i am liable for 15% of the purchase price, before i can sign that form i told her that i hope this does not apply for me because this is not my fault and she agreed and i asked how long does it take to process a refund she said 5 day and on the fifth day i called her and asked her about the refund she drop the phone and the next i called their Head office and i spoke to Yul, he referred me to Darien Simons and didn't answer my calls and left messages with Carol at the reception and he didn't call me back. i went to the store and Bafana called him and he said he will contact me even now no call no refund.
