Bad Service from Alpine lounge

In April 2012 we bought a Alpine lounge suite from Eland Furnishers with 2 year guarantee. In June 2013 found that the seam on the bottom area came loose. The stitches came loose and the fabric began to tear away. So we contacted Eland Furnishers to adres them with the problem. They took the lounge suite and sent it back to the Alpine lounge for repairs. After 2 weeks it came back from Alpine lounge, and the repairs that was done were not up to standard. We leave it at Eland Furnishers to sent it back again. It has been 2 weeks since then. we are not accepting the stories they are expecting from us.
