We bought lounge suite from Atterbury branch 11 Oct 2013. The lounge suite was delivered to Polokwane.
We collected the lounge suite on 24 Oct 2013. We reported on 4 Nov and sent photo from the chair that the springs was not intact. 5 Nov Rochester sent as a claim form. We returned the claim form and ever since WILLIE, KEVIN, MICHAEL, are all in silence. I have sent a complaint on the ROCHESTER website as well on 8 Nov. No Response. I have only checked out this website on Friday, and realised how many bad complaints are there on ROCHESTER. I should have checked this website before buying from ROCHESTER.
I have stated in my e-mail to ROCHESTER that I am going to complain on your website if I don't get any response by 11 Nov. Ive waited one day more, but still no response from them. BUYING CASH ARE THE MOST STUPID THING IF YOU GET DAMAGED FURNITURE. Rochester have my money and I have a damaged chair!
