I purchased bedroom suite 07/07/2013, since being delivered on 18/07, chest of drawers had been damaged. It had been sent back beginning of August and I received another set of drawers today! Its damaged and looks even worse than the 1st one, door handle falling off, pleather is damaged and size of drawers are incorrect. I noticed my side pedestals do not open/close properly lately! I had to keep following up on status every time and notified by consultant, its supplier, its supplier. The supplier is not my problem, I bought the suite from Essops not your supplier furthermore your, supplier has been very unprofessional in delivery and making of bedroom suite! Its is absolutely ridiculous, I have been more than enough patient with Essops, please can someone sort this out once and for all or just give me my money back, I will purchase from another furniture store???
