Refuse to exchange damaged lounge suit

With this email I would like to express my disappointment in the service I received from OK Furniture, Blue - Downs. I bought a Michelle lounge suite in March 2012.A few months later one of the seats had a tear on the back rest. After several phone calls the lounge suite was collected and fixed. 2 to 3 months later two of the couches had the same tearing problem. I spoke to the management team and asked if the suite shouldn't be replaced seeing that it seems that this was going to be an ongoing problem. Senobia told me that we should first give it some time. On Friday 05 April 2013 I had to go to the shop again because the spring of the 1 seat came loose and the stitching of another chair came loose again. I addressed the issue directly with the branch manager and she referred me to Adellia the stock manager. Adellia explained to me about the guarantee that expired and that she was going to follow up with the supplier if they were going to fix it at no cost for me. I reminded her of the fact I requested for the lounge suite to be exchanged on the first two occasions. Up until today no one from OK Furniture has contacted me and nothing has been done to resolve this matter.
