No activation code after 3 months

I filled in the forum for the lifetime map promotion and i still haven't got the activation code
the progress says everything is okay so far but it still hasn't send me the code
it has been 3 months when it said it would be 28 days
there is no way to contact tomtom South Africa with not a single contact address or number on the website
