As a search in HelloPeter.com will tell you, I have complained about TomTom SA as well as 13 other people in the past couple of months.

After TomTom UK, as it seems from the email address, helped me, I was called by someone from TomTom SA about 2 weeks after the problem was fixed.

I want to complement TomTom SA for the followup and want to tell anyone to call them on 012 003 0746 if you need help. The guy on the line was friendly and wanted to help more. A little to late but at least he wanted. I give the number here because it is difficult to get it on the internet or otherwise. Definitely not from there website or I am a little blind.

My TomTom are working properly, but I do want to tell you not to use the alternative routes as suggested or to re-plan the trip if the traffic gets to heavy. I ended up taking about 55 minutes more on one alternative and on another day about 45 minutes later at my destination but a useful tool none-the-less. At least I know now how late I will be and how many traffic problems I face. :)
