Their system cannot send activation code

I applied for a SecureCode two months back. They were suppose to send me an activation code. But they didn't. I went to their branch between Kerk and Eloff street for more than 5 times trying to get the code but I don't receive it. They have been deregistering and re-registering me but I haven't received the activation code. Yesterday I went to their branch in Eloff street where the lady by the name of Tumelo did the same thing and that is she first called their support team & they told her that it my cellphone problem. It doesn't receive smses from Capitec but does receive smses from other cellphones of which i find it strange hey, she deregister and re-register me of which I got a de-register confirmation sms but didn't get an activation code. Later I went to their carlton centre branch where I was assisted by the lady with a bad attitude. I told her my story she told me that I am dump, they will send the code in 30 minutes, I tried to show her smses from capitec when they de-register me, she didn't want to listen and told me to go to the same branch to get a complain code. I told her I'm going report 2 HelloPeter & wanted to leave. She refused with my card and I left it there. W
