I bought a TomTom about a year ago and tried to update it last week. Lots of technical drama and emails between tomtom's call centre in the UK and myself. Handed it in at a Cape Union as last resort. They will have to send it to TomTom to fix it, but the silly company wants everything in the box it came in. With the cables.??? C'mon TomTom... be real not a box.
