UNHELPFUL AND UNHUMAN!!!

Im a South African Citizen, with a Capitec bank account, working in the UAE with a Global one card that they told me will work fine EVERYWHERE when i visited the Branch 3weeks ago

Last night i wanted to do a internet payment with my card and the website asked for a activation code, witch I dont have, its a mastercard so I contacted master card as suggested by website, just to be informed i must contact Capitec Bank

This morning I called Capitec Customer care from Dubai and ask them to resent the sms, to my same nr as on account, with the activation code as they suppost i got it,
First I asked the lady why the site ask me a code? because its the first time a site requested it
She told me thet that is a trustworthy site and i mustn't use sites that dont request the code, she will forward the request tp Admin depatment.

Just to recieve a reply later on that they can t sms me the code again, i must go to a Capitec bank, or USE SITES THAT DONT NEED A ACTIVATION CODE!!! so what is unsafe? sms me my code or using untrustfull sites as they self said??? COME ON PEOPLE YOU SERIOUSLY GIVE BAD ADVISE AND ARE VERY UN HELPFULL!!! THEN YOU EXPECT ME TO FLY BACK TO SA FOR A CODE!
