No Activation code for Lifetime Maps

I purchased a TomTom Go Live 820 with Lifetime maps. I have registered the product on the website & to date have not received an activation code?
I have emailed for assistance & no response??

Should I just return the product to Incredible connection? I am not prepared to have paid for something I am probably never going to receive.
