No Free Lifetime Code

TomTom ran the promotion where you get Free lifetime Maps when buying a GPS device between November 2012 and 30 September 2013.

I've bought Start20 on the 23rd of September 2013 from Incredible Connction in Somerset West. I've registered online and still haven't receive my free lifetime map code.

My claim has been validated, but I have not received my activation code. TomTom claims to send the Free Lifetime Code 28 days after registering.

I don't know who to contact? Even on their website I cannot find a contact number under support.

This is extremely frustrating!!
