I ordered a smartphone over the phone from FNB on 15 Feb 2013 after a friend ordered and received his within approximately a week. It is 2 April 2013 and I am still waiting for the phone to be delivered. I made several follow-up calls and was told that the order was escalated and put on a priority list. After hearing nothing after a week, I called the complaints line in mid-March. After several calls to the complaints line, I have still not heard anything further from FNB. it is now 2 April 2013. I was told that the courier company, Brightpoint, would contact me about where to deliver the device. However, I have not yet been contacted. As a longstanding client of FNB, this is not the service that I expected. Perhaps it is time for a change.
