In the month of June I received a call with an offer for the phone and I took the phone and we agreed it will start debating on the month of may on the 20th. Surprisingly I received a phone late last month but they tried to debit R75.00 from my account and that was not the agreement. This morning they put through into my account a debit order for R250.00 and another one for R93.00 and it return unpaid because we have no agreement. Now I owe charges because of them and why are they debitiing me for Such an amount after we agreed on the pone for R75.00. I want them to sort this matter and cover those charges in my bank account and give me the banking details from next month I will do a transfer of our agreed amount for R75.00. If this matter not sorted in 5 days I will Gregory same to CPA and NCAA and I will need a recording of the lady who called me the day I agreed to take the contrac because I was clear and even told her I do not want any extra's on the account and I will pay 75.00 every month on the 20th. Today is not the 20th and even the money is not the R75.00. Quick response will be highly appreciated.
