When I applied for my revolving loan I gave the date to debit my account as the 20th of every month. On the 17th of December a sms came from standard bank to inform me that my debit order will go of on the 17th of the month. Sms said: Standard bank: For convenience your Personal loan debit order will be aligned to your earlier than expected December salary payment. Queries? call 0861498468. Which I then called and was told they can't do anything to stop it because the debit order is set to run on that day. Which it then bounced because of the fact that I only get payed on the 20th. Told her this will give me bad credit record with them and absa and my contract date is 20th. Which she did not really care to say anything to give me a solution for the problem. I offen pay more money into my Revolving loan because I can when I need it take it out again. Today I went in to see because of STD bank debit order that was returned if this will still allow me to take the money out of my account. Funds not available. Because they breached my contract date now I pay the price. The should correct my account and allow me access to my funds. They breached contract not me!!!
