Good Day
I had a cell C account which was handed over to Pholosa. I received SMS and calls the beginning of August 2013.My outstanding balance was R 2108.06 of which i made arrangement for a debit order from my account i requested that they should debit the whole balance of R 2108.06 on the 20th of August of which it was done the payment went through. I called Pholosa after 3 days (23rd August) to confirm of my account was up to date (paid-up) which they did confirm that the money was received they will sent a request for my account to be closed i will received a close up letter which till today i haven't received it. i have been doing a follow up by calling the number 0113174301 the consultant tell me the same thing every time i called they tell me that the account is still open though i have paid.
On the 14th of September the debit order went through again from my account with the same amount that i have paid on the 20th i had to go to my bank to go reverse the money, then after i called back still got the same story my account is not closed, I can be going to my back to do reversal it doesn't look good on my Profile.
I have called the Attorneys 11 times already. No help.
