I received an sms from debtbusters on the 18th of December stating: Dear valued DebtBusters client: For your convenience during the festive season, your December monthly admin fee will be debited on 20/12/2013. Please contact us if you have any questions. Happy holidays from DebtBusters!
I immediately responded with the following e-mail: Good afternoon I just received this very disturbing SMS from you: (see sms above ...) Firstly you are not authorized to debit from my account on the 20th. And
secondly my company does not pay our salary early and we do not get bonuses in December.
So please stick to the agreement that was made to debit my account at the end if the month. Thank you

They responded with the following e-mail: We apologise for that sms. We realise that we worded the message incorrectly and we did not have any intention to upset you. We thank you for your reply and we confirm that we will run the debit order on the 29 December 2013 as requested.

But lo and behold the 20th Came and they still deducted the money from my bank account, which bounced of course. Now I have to pay R60.00 bank charges
