NAEDO DEBIT SYSTEM

I have a short term insurance with iwyze. the agreement is that they debit my account on the 20th of every month but that is not really happening. on the 19th of october 2012 they debited my account, I called in for them to rectify, I spoke to Sandile who is no longer working there, he requested a bank statement as proof of their naedo system "error" payment retured. the same incident happened on the 15th of december 2012, when I called them again, they told me about bonuses that people get in december so they are securing their payments, I was promised again that they will do a follow up, which at the end didn't help much, I spoke to Moleboheng who also requested my bank statement. On the 18th of january 2013 they debited my account again. This is ruining my cheque account reputation with all this returned payments. I did consider to change the debit date because of their system that is supposed to wait for a credit before they debit my account, i was told i will be liable for the prorata.
