INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER DATE

My loan account was debited on Friday the 17th when my debit order date is the 20th THIS AFTER I SPOKE TO A CONSULTANT ON FRIDAY MORNING AT 8.05 INFORMING THEM THAT THERE WILL BE NO FUNDS IN THE ACCOUNT TO DEBIT THE ACCOUNT. KINDLY INSURE THAT THIS MATTER IS ADDRESSED WITH THE RELEVANT AGENT.

Normally the account will be debited on a Friday if the 20th falls over a weekend in this instance the 20th was on a Monday would you kindly have 4 x138=552 be refunded to me as the unpaid fee was R138.

I would need the funds to be refunded to me ASAP AS I DID CONFIRM WITH THE CONSULTANT THAT THERE WILL BE NO FUNDS IN THAT BANK ACCOUNT.
