I just got off the phone with one of MBD's very rude service consultants, I have been paying MBD attorneys since 2002 for an MTN account my ex-husband opened in my name, I have been unemployed for a long time but always managed to pay them every month without fail on 25th of each month, this month for some reason they did not received their payment on the 25th (even though my bank statement shows it has gone off on 25th of the month) they claim to only have received my payment on the 12th of Feb, which I think is a ploy to get my banking details as I instituted a stop order to go off for the instalment amount ever month on 25th. This rude woman talked over me, insisted I give my banking details and after a long battle of trying to get her to listen, she just ended the call, how in the are they allowed to do this. They speak to people like they are nothing, I am also a person trying to make ends meet, but clearly the fact that my kids need to eat is not a factor in MBD's relentless pursuit of getting every red cent they can out of people who already pay their instalments, bother people who aren't paying their bills MBD, stop harrasing people who are paying! Very Bad service!
