My Son has a banking account at Standard Bank Sandton Branch in 2011 he started getting a debit order for
R99.00. We placed a stop order and cancelled everything. To our surprise on the 25th November 2012 my account was debited with annual fee of R199.00 and on the 25th January 2013 monthly debit of R99.00 and on the 25th February 2013 another R99.00 and on the 25th March a furher R99.00 total of R 496.00 all for this
Naedo Astrewards. We never received an correspondence from these people. What are we paying for?
Please can you assist and this is some sort of. We have placed a stop payment on the debit order for
March and advised the Bank. It was only discovered this week by my wife who was scruitnising the bank statements.
The public needs to be warned about this how many other People have they ripp off.
