Since January 2013 ive opened an account with Hifi Corporation.
Now my main issue i opened a second account for 2 laptops.
As i opened the account they arranged that a debit order will go off every month.
Now just after the first month the debit order failed to go through. now that is an inconvenience for me so i had to phone Hi Finance after the second month to make alternative payment arrangements. No Feedback was given as i asked for their banking details to pay the monthly amount. every month after that i have not received any feedback regarding an account but the supplier will still call each month to find out when i am paying now according to my knowledge i cant pay an account if i dont have the banking details. Now after all this i started receiving calls on a daily basis from Blake and Associates. Then all of a sudden the supplier started phoning me few times a day (10 times a day) Totally unacceptable. Now in this industry you have a system to make notes. but still they phone me everyday. Please get your system and your rude people in order this is not how you treat clients and i suggest you give me some sort of compensation for all this.
