I took out a loan a few year ago, i had lost my employment my fiance at the time was jobless we lost everything because of it, JM ATTORNEYS called me a few months ago to make pmt arrangements they gave me banking details so when i got to the bank all the details were unusable, yesterday this woman calls me to tell me i must give her my monthly expenses so pmt arrangement can get made how much she asks i tell her R300 a month until i can afford more, she puts her supervisor on the phone a very rude woman indeed who tells me she wants R940 a month, i dont have this kind of money to pay she then threatens me if i dont pay this she will garnish my salary, My balance is R17000 i have to pay R35000 BACK
i was almost in tears because she tells me i must give up my groceries at R800 a month she wants her money
i told her i have kids to feed she says NOT HER PROBLEM SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO SACRIFICE
is this how there lawyers make there money back off people
i dont have this money to pay i made a offer that i can just afford as i get told my kids wont been eating as her people want there money now she is threatening to garnish me with R1900 well in that case i have to resign at work
