Consultants clearly dont listen

I am paying off the amount owed by me to standard bank. a few months ago i received a call from a consultant telling me that i need to start making payment. i explained to the consultant that i never received a single statement from standard bank. it turns out that my previous address was not changed and apparently statements were going to my previous address. i arranged with the consultant to pay R500 a month which i have been doing and i distinctly said that i will make payment in the 25th of every month as this is when i get paid. since then every statement ive received states that payment must be made by the 18th or 19th of the following month. i am not going to waste my time and money to get through to standard bank to speak to another consultant, i dont see why this should be my responsibility. kindly ensure that the relevant person changes the amount to the 25th as there is no way i can make payment sooner.
