Dear standard Bank last month I called 0860123001 and pressed option 6 to change my debit order date from the last day of the month to the 25th of the month the guy I spoke to confirmed that he changed it and promised to email me banking details as I requested but he did not. I then called again and spoke to Zinhle and told her about my frustration of speaking to her unreliable Colleage. Zinhle then emailed me banking details and also assured me that my debit order has been changed from the last day of the month to the 25th of the month. Till this day I am still being debited on the last day of the month. My bond account was opened in November 2011 but till this day I have never received a statement. You are a worse bank to work with with your dishonest staff. Does a Customer always have to report on Hellopeter just for service???
